Imported Goat (WG26714) is a budget-friendly, frozen option that comes pre-cut into stew pieces (up to ~2 inches) and is ready to cook. It meets halal and food safety standards, though detailed farm and breed information is limited. This option is ideal for curries, stews, and slow-cooked meals.

Local Farm Goat (WG38427 & WG59139) is sourced from trusted New England farms and is processed fresh (not frozen). It offers better traceability, freshness, and meat quality. Customers may choose a whole carcass or stew cuts, and you can let us know your preferred cut size for a more customized order.
