Due to the size of small goats, customers may purchase shoulder only, back leg only, or a full or half goat. Combining shoulder + back leg requires purchasing a half goat, as the middle portion must be included to avoid waste and ensure fair pricing.

To maintain quality, fairness, and zero waste, we follow a balanced cut policy for small goats.

📌 WHY THIS POLICY EXISTS
Small goats have limited meat, especially in the middle section (ribs, loin, belly).
If we sell both shoulder and back leg together, the middle portion is left unsellable, which leads to:

Higher costs for everyone
To stay fair and ethical, any combination of shoulder + leg must be sold as a half goat, which naturally includes the middle portion.
